Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Does the package pricing include all beverages for the entire evening?
A: The package pricing includes up to four hours of beverage service. There is a charge of $3.00 per person, per hour beyond the four hours. Bar service runs up to 15 minutes prior to the conclusion of your event.
Q: What kind of Liquor License does Party Bartenders have?
A: Party Bartenders itself does not have it's own liquor license. We have partnership agreements with local establishments who carry off premise catering liquor licenses that enable us to provide cash bars and hosted bar services.
Q: As professional bartenders, do you assume the responsibility of making sure that our guests do not have too much to drink?
A: As the host, you are ultimately responsible for your guests, even the ones who go away drunk. As professional bartenders, it is our job to practice responsible alcohol awareness. WE WILL REFUSE ALCOHOL SERVICE to anyone, who in our judgment, has had too much to drink. You will be notified throughout the course of the event of people whom we would suggest cutting off, so we can take proper action in finding them a ride home or a cab.

We do not allow anyone, other than Party Bartenders staff to serve drinks to guests, especially ones who have been cut off. It is our policy to stop serving 15 minutes before the end of an event.
Q: Are your bartenders certified by T.A.B.C.? And what exactly does that mean?
A: Yes.Being TABC certified shows that the bartender is aware of alcohol beverage laws and how to spot intoxicated persons and minors...both of whom we do not serve.
